- Deletion or correction of other identifiable CRM information.
How the process works
Submit
Provide enough information to locate the relevant record without including passwords or highly sensitive documents.
Verify
We may verify your identity, email address and authority to protect information from unauthorized deletion.
Complete
We coordinate with the responsible customer company and provide an outcome, normally within 30 days where applicable.
Submit a deletion request
Alternative contact
Email mosurtechnosolutions@gmail.com with the subject “User Data Deletion Request”. Include your name, company or advertiser, email used on the form and any known Page/form identifier. Never send a password or access token.
Retention exceptions
Deletion applies to information we can identify and are permitted to erase. Limited records may be preserved where required for law, fraud prevention, security, disputes or legitimate accounting obligations. Residual encrypted backups expire through the applicable backup-rotation process.
