Terms and Conditions

Rules governing use of Mosurtech CRM and connected services.

Effective and last updated: 6 September 2026
By registering, accessing or using Mosurtech CRM, the customer organization and its authorized users agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

1. Provider and service

Mosurtech CRM is provided by Mosur Technosolutions Pvt. Ltd., with its registered office at 3-5-805, Flat No. 202, Sukh Sagar Apartments, Hyderguda, Old MLA Quarters, King Koti, Hyderabad, Telangana 500029, India. The service offers lead and customer management, appointments, team permissions, forms, catalogues, sales documents, reporting and optional third-party integrations. Features may vary by configuration, plan, jurisdiction and third-party availability.

2. Business accounts

The registering person represents that they are authorized to act for the customer organization. The company administrator controls workspace configuration and user access. Customers must maintain accurate account information, protect credentials, remove access promptly when personnel leave and notify us of suspected compromise.

3. Acceptable and lawful use

Users may not use the service to violate law or third-party rights; collect information without appropriate notice or authority; send unlawful spam; discriminate unlawfully; upload malware; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with service operation; scrape or resell the platform; or process prohibited, excessive or unnecessary sensitive data.

4. Lead data and communications

The customer owns or controls the business records it submits, subject to the rights of individuals and third parties. The customer is responsible for its form disclosures, consents, lawful basis, call and message permissions, marketing communications, retention instructions and responses to individual requests. MosurTech processes customer data to provide, secure and support the service.

5. Meta and third-party integrations

A company administrator must explicitly authorize connected accounts and assets. Customers must comply with Meta’s terms, advertising policies, lead-ad requirements and Page-access rules. Mosurtech CRM does not grant access to Pages or leads beyond permissions provided by Meta. Integrations may be delayed, restricted, changed or discontinued by their providers. Mosurtech CRM is not sponsored, endorsed or operated by Meta Platforms, Inc.

6. Fees and subscriptions

Applicable pricing, taxes, billing periods, usage limits, renewal and cancellation terms are stated in the customer’s order, proposal or subscription arrangement. Unless otherwise agreed, fees already earned for a billing period are non-refundable to the extent permitted by law.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to provide a dependable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, security events, infrastructure failures, internet conditions and third-party APIs may affect availability. We may update features or interfaces while seeking to preserve material functionality.

8. Security and confidentiality

Each party will apply reasonable safeguards and use confidential information only for the service relationship. Customers remain responsible for endpoint security, user behavior, exported files and external systems under their control.

9. Intellectual property

MosurTech and its licensors retain rights in the CRM software, design, documentation, branding and underlying technology. Customers receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during their authorized subscription. Customer data remains subject to the customer’s and data subjects’ rights.

10. Suspension and termination

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address security risk, non-payment, unlawful conduct, material breach or third-party platform requirements. On termination, integrations may be disconnected and data handled according to the Privacy Policy, contractual export arrangements and legal retention requirements.

11. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees that every lead, webhook, email or third-party event will be delivered without delay. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses except where such exclusion is prohibited. Any contractual liability limits agreed in an order or service agreement also apply.

12. Indemnity

The customer is responsible for claims resulting from its unlawful advertisements, forms, communications, content, instructions or use of personal data. Each party remains responsible for its own fraud, wilful misconduct and obligations that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Governing terms and contact

These Terms are supplemented by the applicable proposal, order, data-processing agreement and mandatory law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues. Contact mosurtechnosolutions@gmail.com, +91 95502 71403 or +91 91006 37501 with legal or service questions.
