How Mosur Technosolutions Pvt. Ltd. handles account, CRM and authorized Meta integration data.

Effective and last updated: 6 September 2026
Plain-language summary. Mosurtech CRM processes business and lead information to provide the CRM service. We do not sell personal information. A customer company controls its workspace and decides which authorized users can access its leads.

1. Who we are

Mosurtech CRM is provided by Mosur Technosolutions Pvt. Ltd. (“MosurTech”, “we”, “us”). We provide lead-management, customer-management, appointment, sales-document and reporting tools to business customers.

Registered office: 3-5-805, Flat No. 202, Sukh Sagar Apartments, Hyderguda, Old MLA Quarters, King Koti, Hyderabad, Telangana 500029, India.

2. Roles and scope

For information entered or connected by a subscribing business, that business ordinarily determines why and how its customer and lead data is used. MosurTech processes that information to provide the CRM and acts as its service provider or processor, subject to applicable law and contract. MosurTech is responsible for information it collects for account administration, security, support and operation of its own service.

3. Information we collect

CRM and account data

Meta integration data

When a company administrator connects Meta, we may process Facebook Page and Meta account identifiers, Page names, Instant Form identifiers and names, encrypted access credentials, webhook events, synchronization status, and information voluntarily submitted through selected lead forms. Lead-form information can include a person’s name, phone number, email address and answers to custom questions. Where supplied by Meta and authorized, we may also store campaign, ad set and advertisement identifiers or names, creation time and source information.

4. Why we use information

We do not use a company’s Meta lead data to advertise MosurTech services to those leads, create unrelated profiles, or sell lead information.

5. Authorization and consent

A company administrator must authorize a Meta connection and select Pages or forms. The subscribing company is responsible for its advertisements, form notices, consent language, lawful basis, follow-up communications and compliance with sector-specific requirements. Users should not collect sensitive information unless lawful, necessary and expressly permitted by Meta and applicable law.

6. Who can access information

Within a customer company, company administrators and team members with appropriate module permissions may access relevant records. MosurTech personnel and contracted service providers may access information only when reasonably necessary for support, security, hosting, email delivery, backup, maintenance or legal compliance and are expected to protect confidentiality. We may disclose information when required by law, to prevent harm or abuse, or during a legitimate corporate transaction with appropriate safeguards.

7. Sharing and sale

We do not sell CRM or Meta lead information. We do not share it with unrelated advertisers. Information may be processed by infrastructure, database, email, security and support providers required to operate the service; by the customer company’s authorized integrations; or as required by law. Meta independently processes information under its own terms and policies.

8. Storage, security and transfers

We apply role-based access, tenant identifiers, encrypted transport, encrypted integration credentials, webhook verification, access controls, logs and backups appropriate to the service. No system can guarantee absolute security. Infrastructure or service providers may process information in jurisdictions other than the user’s location, subject to applicable safeguards.

9. Retention

10. Individual rights and choices

Depending on applicable law, a person may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection or withdrawal of consent. Because customer companies control their lead records, contacting the company whose advertisement or form was submitted is often the fastest method. Requests may also be submitted through our User Data Deletion page or by emailing mosurtechnosolutions@gmail.com. We may verify identity and authority before acting.

11. Cookies and local storage

The authenticated CRM may use cookies or browser storage that are necessary for login, session continuity, security and preferences. We do not describe optional advertising cookies as active unless they are actually deployed.

12. Children and restricted data

The CRM is a business service and is not directed to children. Customer companies must ensure their lead forms and processing are age-appropriate and legally compliant. Do not submit government identifiers, financial credentials, medical details or other sensitive information unless the collection is lawful, necessary, secured and supported by the applicable service agreement.

13. Changes and complaints

We may update this policy when the service, law or integrations change. The updated date will be shown above. Questions, complaints and privacy requests can be sent to mosurtechnosolutions@gmail.com.
